Filtered Water
Water that has had a host of contaminants, including lead, chlorine and bacteria, removed from it is considered filtered water. The human body is comprised of 60 – 80 percent water. Every five to 10 days it is necessary to replace all of the body's water to keep it functioning efficiently and to maintain good health. It is important to replenish the body’s water with clean, pure, filtered water. When selecting a water filter look for one that is long lasting, reliable and can filter out particles down to 1 micron (a human hair is about 100 microns), which can help prevent long-term health risks associated with the gradual buildup of toxins, heavy metals, chemicals and chlorine in the body.
